Meet Our Team

Hi, I’m Myrriah Elmore, owner and founder of ELM Yogis. I am a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I created ELM Yogis after discovering the transformative power of yoga while managing the stress of Graves’ disease, an autoimmune disorder. What began as a personal journey to find balance and strength grew into a passion for sharing yoga with others.

My mission is to help you Elevate your mind, Love yourself, and Meditate (remember to breathe). I believe yoga is for Every-BODY, embracing all ages, shapes, and stages of life.

Through ELM Yogis, I lead adults through feel-good flows that encourage freedom, connection, and ease, and I bring playful, mindful yoga to children in schools, libraries, and community spaces. My classes are rooted in joy, self-love, and the belief that everyone deserves access to calm, movement, and inner peace.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your journey, my goal is to support you with intention, care, and creativity. Let’s Elevate, Love, and Meditate together.

Marissa Robinson
Marissa
Hi, my name is Marissa! Originally from Virginia, I’ve been practicing yoga for over nine years and have been teaching for the past year. My teaching is rooted in the connection between breath and movement—guiding students to move with intention, presence, and ease.
I believe one of the greatest gifts of yoga is its power to build community. Through shared practice, we create space for connection, healing, and growth—both individually and together. My favorite pose is Half Moon, which reminds me of the balance, strength, and lightness we all carry within.
Outside the studio, you can find me thrifting, soaking up time by the ocean, or exploring somewhere new. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, I’m here to support your journey with mindful sequencing, a grounded presence, and a heart for connection.
Nazia
Nazia Ali, Is dedicated yoga instructor, began her transformative journey nearly three years ago following the birth of her son. This period marked a time of profound personal growth as she navigated the challenges of postpartum life. Seeking renewal, Nazia was inspired by a friend's positive experience with yoga and decided to attend her first class. Initially skeptical, she left feeling revitalized and empowered.

Drawn into the harmonious blend of poses, mindfulness, and intention, Nazia committed wholeheartedly to developing her practice. Her passion for yoga grew over time, leading her to pursue a career as an instructor. After extensive research, she enrolled in and completed a six-month intensive certification course at Peachtree Yoga Center, graduating in May 2023.

In addition to yoga, Nazia also holds a Zumba certification, driven by her passion for dance in all its forms. She embraces the rhythms of Latin, Bollywood, and Afro beats, delighting in the joy and energy that dance brings.
Nazia is now devoted to sharing the transformational power of yoga. Her mission is to nurture hearts, create inner harmony, and radiate love through each asana, breath, and intention.
