At ELM Yogis, we specialize in bringing yoga and mindfulness directly into schools and youth programs. Our classes are fun, engaging, and developmentally aligned to help children build strength, focus, and confidence while learning tools for calm and self-regulation.

Preschool (Ages 2–5)
Perfect for daycares and early learning centers, our preschool yoga classes are playful, imaginative, and supportive of early growth.
Children will develop:
• Motor coordination and balance through simple poses and movement
• Emotional regulation using breathwork and calming techniques
• Confidence, focus, and social skills through games and partner activities
Program features:
• 20–25 minute sessions designed for short attention spans
• Warm-up, themed yoga adventure, breathing games, and closing reflection
• Monthly themes such as nature, animals, kindness, colors, and emotions
• All classes are held onsite, scheduled at times that fit your school day

Elementary Yoga (K–5th Grade)
Elementary students benefit from yoga as an engaging outlet for movement, focus, and self-regulation.
Students will develop:
• Strength, flexibility, and balance through dynamic yoga sequences
• Focus, confidence, and stress management using breathwork and mindfulness
• Teamwork and creativity through partner poses, games, and group activities

• 45-60 minute sessions designed for school-aged children

• Activities can include journaling, affirmations, or SEL (social-emotional learning) prompts
• Programs scheduled as after-school enrichment or during specials blocks

Middle & High School Yoga
Older students gain tools for stress relief, mindfulness, and lifelong wellness.
Students will develop:
• Strength and flexibility to support physical health and body awareness
• Stress management strategies through breathwork, meditation, and relaxation
• Emotional resilience, focus, and self-esteem through mindful movement practices
Program features:
• 60 minute sessions designed for teens and young adults
• Yoga sequences for both fitness and relaxation
• Guided mindfulness practices, journaling, or group discussion
• Programs scheduled as after-school enrichment, advisory periods, or PE classes
