Join us for Yoga After Dark, a unique and beginner-friendly experience that blends yoga, sensual movement, and deep relaxation. This isn’t your typical yoga class—it’s a chance to unwind, vibe to smooth R&B, and connect with your body in a dimly lit, relaxed atmosphere.
We’ll flow through stretches and dance-inspired movements that leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. With wine included, you'll fully relax and soak in the good vibes of the evening.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new, this class is all about embracing your body, enjoying the music, and connecting with yourself and others in a welcoming, non-judgmental space.
7:50 PM - 8:10 PM: Doors open, grab your spot, and enjoy your wine ticket.
8:10 PM - 9:10PM: Class begins—flow through a mix of stretches and sensual movements.
9:10 PM - 9:20 PM: Relax, join in group poses, and snap some pictures.
