Whether you are new to yoga or already in your flow, this class invites you to embrace your body, feel the music, and move freely in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. The atmosphere is fun, grown, sexy, and soulful — the perfect way to end your week.
7PM - 7:15PM: Doors open, grab your spot, and enjoy your wine ticket.
7:15PM - 8:15 PM: Class begins—flow through a mix of stretches and sensual movements.
8:15 PM - 8:30PM: Relax, migle, join in group poses, and snap some pictures.
