Grab your besties or come solo and celebrate connection, confidence, and good vibes at our special Galentine’s edition of Yoga After Dark! This isn’t just a yoga class—it’s a girls’ night out with a twist!
Enjoy fun games, exciting prizes, giveaways, complimentary wine, and sweet treats as we flow, vibe, and connect in cute floral themed tropical space. We’ll move through a sensual yoga flow, including partner poses to uplift and support each other, all set to a smooth R&B playlist.

7:45-8:45 Yoga After Dark Flow – Stretch, move, and vibe together with dance-inspired movement and partner poses
